Career & Technical Education is more important than ever. Providing students with hands-on learning opportunities is essential to teaching real world skills that will come into play no matter the field of study they pursue. Baking & Pastry students use math, technical skills, problem-solving, time management, leadership, and customer service to sell baked goods periodically to school staff and teachers. We would like to expand this service and experience by offering coffee, espresso, cappuccino, and lattes on a more regular basis to increase the number of times students can practice these real world skills.
