These supplies and materials will provide my students with a diverse art curriculum that they have not yet had. The students didn't have an art room this past year and it hindered their creativity. We will be trying sculpting in reference to Greek and Roman art as well as paintings inspired by Claude Monet. I like to approach art as a "why we are learning this" compared to "let’s make art". My students are curious and love the history behind great artworks over time from cave art to modern art.
