This year has been more challenging than usual for students due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The normal daily school experience has been altered with masks, remote learning, and social distancing. All of this has caused more stress in our student's lives as they cope with all of the changes. There are many health benefits to fish tanks that will help my students. Fish tanks reduce stress and allow students a more peaceful learning environment. Some of these benefits are reduced levels of stress, improved focus, and creativity, decreased anxiety. Looking at a fish tank can slow your heart rate and lower your blood pressure.
