As my school is fully virtual, I need help to purchase digital platforms, like Nearpod, that will help keep my students engaged with our lessons. We have tried it out and my students love the different activities they have. I like how easily I can create accessible lessons that engage my students. My students ask every day if our lesson will be in Nearpod, and they have told me how it makes it easy to keep up with the digital format of our lessons. Nearpod is a digital platform that has various student-centered activities that are engaging and can be diverse for different learners. My students and I love the Collaboration Board for discussions and to share our thoughts. Their favorite activity is Time to Climb, they enjoy choosing their characters and seeing who everyone picked. They encourage and cheer their classmates on as they climb up the mountain. However, with the basic plan, there is limited storage and in order for us to engage with a lesson daily, we need more space!
