I teach at an International Baccalaureate PYP (Primary Years Programme) World School, and my class will be beginning the Sharing the Planet unit in early March 2021. It's been challenging keeping students interested and engaged in reading this year due to distance learning. Percy Jackson and the Olympians: Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan would pair excellently with our next unit. I know my students will enjoy it and stay engaged while we read it. In order to plan a proper novel study, it is important for students to have their own copy of the book. Please consider donating to the students in my class. Endless thanks!
