Given the current pandemic and my district's insistence to return to in-person instruction before vaccines, etc. are administered county-wide, these tools will give students, parents and teachers peace-of-mind that I am doing everything within my grasp to prepare a safe learning environment, so that students can focus solely on learning. I am unable to get fresh air into my classroom, so the air purifier will help prevent the spread of Covid-19 within my 783 square foot classroom. The digital thermometer will help me quickly assess if a student has a fever, and the masks will be used to help each student know that a backup is readily available, should there be a need for it extemporaneously. These tools will go a long way to ease fears for all. They will help add protection for myself, students and each one of our families.
