If students have access to basic academic materials like paper and pencils, it takes the pressure off of students who are unprepared (by no fault of their own). If I can provide them with these materials, the focus is placed back on learning. Many times, it becomes a battle when students don’t have the supplies they need in class. If I can supply these three basic items to students in the class, they can focus on learning, writing, and becoming life-long academics rather than being embarrassed that they don’t have basic class supplies.

About my class
