My PE team is working to create a weight room to use during class and for students to use after school. We have been collecting gym equipment from a variety of different resources. We are working to expand this room and teach students how to workout and be healthy. This weight room is used by all students in our middle school. Many people want to workout but do not know what to do or how to use equipment when they go to a gym. Our goal is to show students at a young age how to use the equipment, do exercises correctly and do the correct exercises to fit their fitness goals.
