These materials will help me to support the social-emotional learning of my students in a fun and relatable way. My goal is to use these therapeutic games and books to help enhance my students' ability to interact with each other in a positive manner as well as to enhance their ability to express their emotions/feelings appropriately. I find that the use of these types of therapeutic tools helps me to engage my students in learning the important skills (such as coping strategies, socialization skills, emotional intelligence, etc.) that they will need to navigate their environment in a positive and productive way.
