In the past year, my students have become virtual learners as their classroom turned primarily digital. As we get into the last part of the year, we will be covering narrative writing. I would love for my students to have physical copies of their writing, so that they can be proud of the product they will create and have something physical to take away from a heavily virtual year. With these materials, my students will be able to see their writing come to life. They have been so diligent and adaptable this year when it has come to doing their work, and this opportunity will allow them to not only hold their creativity in their hands, but keep it for years to come. It is my hope that this project will inspire them to keep writing, and to see that the stories they have to tell are important enough to be physically published and show off to the world.
