These materials will not only open the world of literature to our children, but will be made available to classroom teacher for "SEL reading moments." I am eager to use them during my guidance lessons and during my individual and small group sessions with children. These material will enhance their SEL abilities by exploring possible ways of working out their own problems by seeing how the characters handled the problems themselves through their actions or words. Building our campus' SEL library will provide print rich literature that will guide our children' self-confidence, empathy, their ability to develop meaningful and lasting friendships and partnerships, and value of those around them.

About my class
