As a first year teacher, I want nothing more than to provide my students with all of the materials they need and desire. Teaching during a pandemic has made this very difficult! My district has been virtual since March and my students do not have many materials at home. Being able to provide books for my students to read at home would be amazing and further their love for reading. As well as providing them the classroom library they deserve when they come back to school for hybrid learning. My students deserve the absolute best and I hope to be able to give it to them!
