While getting to know the students in my P.E. class, I have found many things out about them. They are energetic, well behaved, spirited and they LOVE music. I have thought about all the ways each class could enjoy their time in the gym while not just roaming around looking for something to do. As each student walks into the gym, the first thing they say is, "what are we doing today," I would love to be able to broaden their horizons and let them know, there are so many fun and interesting ways we can be up and moving. With cardio drumming, I can introduce a new definition to physical activity and I can include all students who may not always feel comfortable with "typical" P.E. games and activities.
