My students need new welding gloves, rulers, and magnets to give them the materials they need to be able to carry out the different welding projects we will complete in class. We need TIG welding gloves, which will be a personal pair for each student. This is a direct result of the coronavirus outbreak, as the students no longer share gloves. Typically, the students get six pairs of gloves each year to share, but that is no longer possible. These rulers will be used to get exact measurements while completing various tasks. I currently only have around six tape measures that have to be sanitized before another student can use them. This presents a clear challenge when you have 25 students working on projects and they can no longer share. We also need some quick release magnets, which will be used to hold pieces of metal together until they can be tacked.
