This project is going to make a gigantic difference in the health of my students and myself. In preparation for returning to in-person learning, the addition of an air filtration system for my counseling room will be essential for maintaining healthy lungs. This is especially true since I teach at an older building that does not have modern filtration in the school wide system. Children from various classrooms and myself will spend many hours of our day in my counseling room. This air filtration ensures that we will have filtered, cleaner air, daily to breath in! Because of the pandemic, many students are facing various mental health struggles and my room is a space that they can come to for support and guidance. Ensuring that my room is safe will give my students and their families, as well as myself, so much more relief. Thank you for being a part of our health and wellness!
