Thanks to Covid-19 I have become a hybrid teacher. I am forced to be on a computer most of my day. Before I was free to walk around and work directly with my students. Now I have to keep my distance and stay in front of a camera for the virtual learners. It is exhausting and causing me pain in my back. With a standing desk and antifatigue mat, I can be on my feet in front of the camera and be a more dynamic teacher without pain. With this addition I will be giving my students a less tired teacher who's able to teach more effectively.
