Our school's mission is to incorporate Native American culture and language into as much of the school day as possible. I am looking to purchase high quality literature that reflects the lives of my students and the world around them. We have created a unit to start the year that focuses on growing our students into allies by having students learn to see their own identity through family, gender, race, and (dis)ability levels. Please help us purchase new books will help inspire students to read more and see that every element of themselves is enough and that their stories are the world's stories.
