We are reading the book Dear Martin as a class. The book fits into what is happening in the world currently. We are talking about social injustice and this book is a great resource. My students will be able to read this on their own or follow along as we read together in class. My students do not have the resources to purchase books for their homes and it is too hard for them to get to a library. My students requested that we read this book as a class and learn together.
