A Time for Kids magazine subscription will impact my students lives in a number of ways. They will have access to current events in an interesting kids friendly way, they will be able to engage and explore the world around them, they will be able to use this resource in class and at home. We will use Time for Kids to read about current events and connect those to our own experiences. My students generally do not have access to reading materials at home. Time for kids will allow for them to have reading that they can do with their family and then bring their knowledge to class to extend upon their learning. With Time for Kids, it is my hope that my struggling readers will be excited about reading and read more at home independently!

About my class
