Students will design and construct models of rollercoasters within the classroom. They will perform kinematic calculations and explain concepts pertaining to motion, force, gravity and energy. This engineering project will hopefully motivate students to pursue careers in engineering. The Stem Coasters offer an exciting and creative experience for students who are in class to learn about engineering and the careers available to them. The kits can be easily cleaned and sanitized for different groups. I can also use these kits for many years without having to purchase more. Thank you.

About my class
