Since the classroom is a clean slate, I would like to create a learning environment that not only enhances my students' learning experience academically, it also creates a feeling of home and comfort. I imagine a great deal of Project Based Learning, Discussions, and Happiness in this classroom! As most teachers, I strongly believe my students deserve such a learning environment. To create this classroom environment, I need carpets to help distinguish learning areas, storage containers to house learning materials, and a few more learning activities to help make learning fun. These various items will help keep the classroom organized, the students organized, will be visually appealing, and yet not too overstimulating. In my experience, an organized learning environment provides less distraction and more learning. By donating to my project, you will be providing a classroom that is greatly needed by 2nd grade students who are deserving of consistency and an awesome learning environment. I ask and appreciate any support I receive. Thank you so much!
