The materials will be used so students can work independently in their work stations at school. Students are going back to school, but I still want to continue centers with my students as that is one of the joys of being in kindergarten. These objects will help me so students can have centers time and continue to be safe. Since we are limited to sharing objects because of Covid, students will have the opportunity to play with these objects while they enjoy centers and I will be able able to sanitized them so another group can enjoy them the following day. Manipulatives are a huge part of kindergarten as it helps with their small motor skills and well as their recollection memory. I want my students to find the joy in learning while playing even during this hard time.
