My students are all different!! We come from all over, literally, so I want to celebrate what makes each of them special! We will use the multicultural crayons to highlight student each week. We will talk about what makes them unique and special. Their classmate will write a sentence and draw a picture for the Student of the Week. By having the right colors/crayons to represent each student they will feel more represented!! I can't wait to see how my students grow their connections with one another by celebrating their differences.
