This pandemic has take a toll on special education. Distance Education has been a struggle for many students but it has been especially challenging for students who have a sensory disorder because they have been unable to receive hands-on assistance and teaching. With your help, my students may be enriched with materials that fit their sensory and learning needs. My students will benefit from sensory toys, tactile learning materials, and hands-on reinforcement materials that will ensure success in the virtual learning environment. We will also be able to utilize funds to assure my students will also have materials that fit their academic needs such as books and other educational resources.
