My library is lacking in tactile, hands-on materials for my highly impacted students to access during library lessons and independent reading and book checkout. My emerging readers will fall in love with the flannel and magnet stories as I read to them, as they work independently, or as they work with their 1 to 1 para-educators. My students can dream up stories, reenact stories they heard in the library, or imagine an adventure as they interact with these flannel and magnet pieces. They are passionate about the library, stories, books, and learning about their world. They will LOVE these materials!
