An iPad Mini and case will scaffold learning for my multilingual learners. My two new students are in second grade learning classroom content in a new language. An iPad Mini and case will enable them to communicate with me and their classmates through the Google Translate Application. Using the Google Translate Application, they can speak into the iPad in their native language and we will understand what they have to say. This communication will enable us to interactively communicate with them in a meaningful way. Communication in a second language can be frustrating. This device along with the right applications will enable us to communicate interactively with our new students.
