Sharing screens has become the new norm. This is virtual "chalkboard"; with the Air, pixels are vivid, clear and bright making the screen easy to read from device to device and brings to life to my students our Science and Math Labs. The speed and storage allow me to dig in depth for my students while having the technology to share. Students in todays learning need to be able to see and engage with the teacher as they would in the classroom. This Apple computer will give me the next cutting edge in doing so. Having the access to the Apple App store and working along side with Apple as a district allows me to bring amazing apps and learning for our student that benefit our students not only in grade 6 but in the years to come as they will always remember that lab or that experience that a teacher has brought them. My teaching style is best described as full of energy and interactive. I have been creative in adapting my old doc camera with a seperate camera Velcro to it and pinning the video so my students can view. My students even asked me to hold class over break as It excites them and gives them an outlet during this hard time. It has created a learning environment that fosters STEAM - ( Science Technology, Engineering, Art and Math.
