I am requesting a Cricut machine to use in my classroom for several purposes. The Cricut can be used to create bulletin boards. It will help me to use more creativity in projects. Students will be able to use it to design and create their projects. The Cricut machine would greatly decrease the amount of time I spend prepping and allow me to focus on teaching. A Cricut is a do it yourself cutting machine that you can make custom vinyl stickers, personalized classroom decor, educational displays and a variety of unique projects designed just for my students. Some of my students need additional signs, and supports to properly differentiate their instruction. With this machine, they are able to make choices on the types of styles and items that suit them. There are so many different materials and it is easy to use it give students access to learning STEM fields and designing their lives in a new way.
