A lot of my students are not able to afford special materials to be able to create artwork at home. So far we have successfully been learning how to make work with our pencil, but because of the lack of materials my students might face missing out on learning about color theory, color blending, painting, etc. Of course we can learn the vocabulary on the internet, but that does not compare to the experience of mixing your own colors and creating your values in creating artwork. I want to give them this gift, not only for my class but to continue to be adventurous as artists.

About my class
