This program need weights, just weights to put on the bar. This program is missing the right equipment to change what is missing at this school. For example, how these weights will be used is breaking students up in the weight room into small groups and teaching them how to do very advanced and complex exercises. By breaking up students in to small groups we will be able to create a team work environment and also be able to focus our attention on teaching our students our movements. Also, they are cost effective and can hold up against wear and tear of everyday use. These weights are cost effective and useful to athletics. Many high schools and collegiate programs invest a lot in these types of equipment.
