Several of the online literacy and math materials are iPad compatible, and students enjoy using an iPad compared to a computer. The iPad will allow for engaging lessons that incorporates technology and peak student interest. Specifically, I have been using the Ortien Gillingham science of reading system for struggling readers. This system now has downloaded iPad friendly reading practice sets, but we do not have enough iPads for student, so students are unable to complete these reading sets. Once we receive the iPad we will have enough for the resource students to practice these essential reading skill activities.

About my class
