Being able to read and make connections with the text is a great way to help students fall in love with reading. These books will allow my students to connect, learn and will keep them engaged. Books give readers an escape to a new world and life lessons that will impact each reader in a positive way. When we finished reading our first book in class, my students began to ask when we were going to read our next books. Seeing their excitement and eagerness has motivated me to continue looking for books that they want to read, but that some don't have access to due to the lack of funds. Thank you ahead of time!
