Teachers can do virtually anything and in this case, I'm teaching science virtually! I am currently creating video content for 514 elementary students. As I improve my video lessons, I have found that the school-issued computer can no longer meet my needs. The next step to achieving Bill Nye quality instruction is by upgrading to a MacBook Pro. Check out my most recent instruction: https://youtu.be/1dx6vGAy1cs I have found that I really enjoy distance learning because I now get to teach more students. Previously, I taught 3rd-5th graders, up to two times a week. All students, K-5, now are able to have science class twice a week. With a faster computer, I would be able to create more virtual content for my students.
