We have quiet time every day at school, and yoga mats are a perfect way to help students know where they are supposed to lay during this time. They will be used to make quiet time more comfortable. We also plan on using these yoga mats to help students understand spatial awareness and maintain social distancing during this Covid-19 time. We plan to have students work on their yoga mats throughout the day to complete their activities. Since students are so young, having a physical space to work with help them understand social distancing better.

About my class
