Having the plexiglass shield protecting the students during hybrid learning will allow them to fully immerse themselves in the learning. They will be able to feel protected and more secure. The student will be sitting six feet apart from one another and have personal protective attire but the plexiglass will provide an additional layer of security. The plexiglass will allow for the students to have social interaction with protection. Having plexiglass will allow them to see each other and talk to each other during different class activities. I would be able to provide individual support to students who require it.
