The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students are in high demand! I am new to this position, as I have just accepted the position in Dec 2020 and the classroom is in need of many new supplies. In other words, I know exactly where everything will go. The students will have the proper folders and notebooks to file their work as well as the students will have enough pencils and erasers to complete their work. Students will have their own personal set of crayons and will also be able to use the dry erase folders and markers to practice their math! The playdough will be used for the kids to be creative and construct during their mask break time as well as extra masks for those that need one when they come to school. The timer will be used so that my students know how much work time they have left, as it is not good practice to cut off students without warning. The sticky notes will be used to keep track of positive tally marks when the student is caught doing something they are supposed to be doing. The playing cards will be used for various number games in math and the skinny markers will be used for creative writing. Lastly, the Science magazines to help enrich my students interest in science related topics! The students will use all of these materials to continue their education every day in the classroom. Yet, I truly need your support to make this a reality!
