I work with children with speech and language disabilities. All of my students struggle to communicate. The technology that we presently work with is not sufficient enough to help my students verbalize their thoughts and feelings. I would use this iPad to help bridge the many gaps that currently hinder my students learning abilities. I would integrate new mobile learning applications onto the iPad that students would be able to utilize to help them enhance their communication skills. Although my students are significantly disabled, they enjoy using technology and gain confidence from doing so.
