Not only has the pandemic caused our class to be 100% remote this year, but our school has also been faced with budget cuts. This has caused me to use my own funds to print, create, and prepare materials at home this year. Without the ability to teach in person, it has been my goal to do all that I can to connect with my class and provide all students equitable access to a high-quality education. I want students to be able to hear me during all times, which the microphone will allow, and see me clearly, which the webcam will allow. In the spring, I struggled with demonstrating lessons for students. The doc cam will allow me to do that for students, whether online or in person. In order to meet my student's needs, I also would like to provide them with digital resources to enhance my lessons and keep them actively engaged in their learning while at home.
