These materials will help all of my students, including those with special needs. By creating flexible seating in our classroom, it allows them to wobble, rock, bounce, lean or stand, which increases oxygen flow to the brain, blood flow and core strength. It also helps keep young minds more alert and focused. Little learners can only sit for so long. This also allows students to build knowledge as to know how they learn best. This is all part of building self-awareness and promotes a lifetime of loving to learn. By learning how they learn best, and having the available resources, this also effects their social/emotional self and confidence.
