My preschoolers started this school year with in-person learning, and like so many schools around the world, we had to switch to virtual learning. Virtual learning is a challenge for preschoolers, so it is even more important that teachers find creative ways to get their students engaged and focused. Story time, in particular, has become a challenge to do virtually. The students are looking at small screens, and have many distractions going on around them. The MimioView document camera would allow me to share bright, clear pictures from the story and it would allow me to share my screen with the students so that the pictures from the story appear as large as possible, no matter what device they are using at home.
