The goal of this project is to provide a place for interested students to learn the basics of instrument repair and instrument building, and then use those skills to complete repairs on school and student owned instruments alike. My school has a thriving STEM community, and this project will be a great way to tie that community in to our band community. The long term goal will be to partner with one of the major instrument repair schools to give students another avenue to continue with music past the high school level!

About my class
