Overwhelming majority of my students are learning remotely this year. Whether I am at school or from home teaching, depending on the Covid-related school closures from time to time, having the proper technology tools to reach my students in real time helps students learn more effectively from home. The iPad and Apple pencil will serve as a live smartboard through which I can give more effective instruction and real time feedback to students. More than ever, this tool will help students engage more during live lessons and classwork. This tool will help me to correct any misunderstanding and demonstrate in real time how that is the case. Moreover, the new iPad can function as a computer to teach, since my laptop issued by my school breaks down during class and limits my ability to stream videos and have other tabs open to teach. The Apple earbuds will allow me to teach four hours straight without the background disruptions and interruptions, especially when I am teaching from home. I teach 80 minute blocks, on alternating days three blocks straight. Having wireless earbuds with enough battery time would allow me to teach without interruptions or disruptions and connect more with my students.
