The items selected for this project will be used in our Life Skills kitchen in our classroom. One goal of my students is to teach them life long skills they will need in the kitchen to help them life as independently as possible when they leave my program. All of my students are hardworking, and enjoy learning how to cook and try new recipes. To better serve their needs and to help them cook a variety of items, new kitchen items are essential for our classroom projects. New cookware that is lighter and easier for my students to use would be a great help in enhancing their cooking experiences.

About my class
