While exploring in the library has been impossible this year due to COVID restrictions, we strive to have as much choice for students available. For our youngest readers, we have picture books laid out for them. For the middle grades we have the most popular series laid out as well as early chapter books and graphic novels, and of course some picture books. We discovered early on that each class had its own "personality" in their book choices. Accommodating those requests have meant that those books, while the most loved and read have also become the most need of repair and replacement. These books will not only help replace these books, but also continue the most popular series. One of our second grade classes had a group of boys who wanted to read the entire Magic Tree House Series, but our library didn't have the more recent books. Some of the selections replace lost books and new books just published.
