During this difficult time children are required to sit more than ever. Their cores are suffering while they are doing their best at learning. By having the option to use a stability ball or wiggle seat for seating, these children can engage their core whether home or in school. We can also integrate movement into our day using the balls as an exercise tool. Whether virtual or hybrid, these kids will have the opportunity to be engaged physically and academically. Let's engage and help them learn that hybrid is a balance . . . ball!

About my class
