The addition of a document camera would benefit my students greatly. When we are in school, math is very hands-on. Students are using white boards and dry erase markers to solve math problems throughout our lessons. I have found teaching math from home is very difficult. All I have to use is an older laptop with a small camera. I am trying to write, talk, and hold up my white board all at the same time. It's hard for my students to see what I have written. I think adding a document camera would be very helpful. I can explain and write at the same time, and students will be able to see clearly. That is how a document camera and updated lap top will be beneficial for my students.
