These are excellent reading materials students can use at home and in school. This resource will benefit English Language Learners (ELL) and Special Needs learners. The readings can be modified for different reading Lexile's that will help all learners become successful. This will allow all students access to high interest information because it addresses students who are reading below grade level, at grade level, or above grade level. It is not always easy for students to understand informational text. The ability to have students read at their Lexile level will help them.
