Our middle school has a long tradition of great music making and we are in need of more percussion equipment. During Covid times, we have been extra careful about students not sharing instruments. Some at home students have needed to take home percussion equipment like bells or vibraphones in order to participate in band from home. This leaves us short percussion instruments inside the classroom. A vibraphone at the school will help give opportunities for more students to participate with percussion instruments both inside and outside the classroom. This will also help students perform jazz and concert band music. This item will continue to help students at Drake for decades to come.

About my class
