I am a third-grade teacher! I was remote last school year and I am THRILLED to be back in the classroom with my students, nothing beats it! However, I quickly realized sitting at their desks is tough for my kiddos, and I do not blame them! Due to our social distancing guidelines, students spend most of their day at their desks. They are awesome and are just loving being in a classroom with their peers. However, the teacher in me knows many of my students would benefit from a change. By offering a variety of flexible seating, students will be given the opportunity to complete many tasks in a seat of their choice while adhering to social distancing guidelines. I know this will put a smile on my kiddos' faces, they are so deserving of it too! In addition to smiles, your donations will help students to focus better while "getting their wiggles out". The variety of chairs will allow for each student to find what works best for them while completing tasks throughout the day.
