Many of my students are impoverished and from single-parent households. Some parents are stressed and so their child’s education has taken a back seat to the needs of the home. Being at home has its challenges for today's youth. Each student will receive new headphones, whisper phones for hearing themselves read, books, and classroom tools will help set them up for success. I want my kids to benefit from these gifts that would mean so much and help them develop a passion for learning. The mindset of having their own resources will go a long way.

About my class
